If you like your gin to have a good kick of spice to it, Adnams has just the thing for you - it's very own Habanero and Lime Gin! Inspired by a trip to Mexico, Adnams head distiller John McCarthy built this expression using chopped habanero peppers with a mixture of dried and fresh limes, along with juniper and angelica too. We reckon this should be particularly intriguing in a Negroni... Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
