The small bottle may look like it won't go far, but the folks at Adnams vamped up the intensity of the botanicals, along with the ABV for this gin, meaning that you'll only need to add a smidge to your tonic for a flavourful serve. Nose: Fragrant florals rest beneath, alongside aromatic wafts of cardamom and coriander. Palate: Juniper leads the way with robust citrus and zesty peels in tow. Finish: Great elegance and length on the finish. You may know Adnams from their excellent selection of beers which they�ve been producing since 1872 (we�re fans of the Broadside Bitter here at MoM Towers), but since 2010, they�ve also been trying their hand at making spirits too. Not only that, they�re pretty marvellous spirits indeed! The Adnams Copper House Distillery is equipped with a spectacularly shiny Carl still, fermentation vessels (instead of traditional washbacks - admire a picture of them to your right) and plenty of local grains with which to distill their vodka, gin, whisky, liqueur and even an eau-de-vie made using the aforementioned Broadside Bitter. Very quickly, their Adnams Copper House Dry Gin became a particular favourite, taking home the IWSC Trophy in 2013, only three years after Adnams started distilling!
