This is a known thing. It is known. Should you agree with that fact (you should), you'll be excited to hear that they have produced Aged Perry's Tot Gin, and it's been bottled by That Boutique-y Gin Company! They mature the Navy strength gin in charred new American oak casks for 3 to 6 months, resulting in warming, nutty notes that complement the existing powerful juniper and citrus elements. Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
