Like �walking through a wild bilberry forest on a misty morning in Finland�, say its makers. Bilberry is the main ingredient for this exploratory gin, which for the uninitiated is a wild arctic blueberry. All ingredients are distilled in small batches. Nose: Aromas of juniper, pine, bilberry and floral notes. Palate: On the palate, juniper, rose and bilberry, with cardamom and anise. Finish: A finish of coriander seeds, bilberry and lingering florals. Our award-winning Arctic Blue Gin was born of a visionary dream and the same ambition echoes in all of our unique products.
