Size: 700ML Proof: 112.2 (56.1% ABV) Origin: Scotland Distillery: Auchroisk 14 year old single malt from Auchroisk, distilled in April 2007 and matured in a single cask! The final 19 months were spent finishing in an Oloroso sherry hogshead, which was cracked open by the folks at James Eadie in 2021, releasing a total of 259 bottles at a cask strength of 56.1% ABV. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
