A wonderful Scottish gin from Avva, which has the wonderful butterfly pea in its botanical list. For those of you who are familiar with this fun botanical, you'll know it has colour-changing properties! Hence, the gin is called Blink because it's both blue and pink smushed together, but also because it changes colour in the blink of an eye! So many layers to this name. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
