It contains 12 botanicals including juniper, cubeb peppers, elderflower, pink grapefruit and cassia are gently vapour infused through a copper pot still before being blended using Ballykeefe water. Garnish with a slice of lime, ginger and a good splash of tonic. Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Finish is lingering.
