Size: 700ML Proof: 92 (46% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Berkeley Square Berkeley Square Gin : Berkeley Square Gin has been given a new recipe, featuring a combination of four classic gin botanicals (juniper, coriander, cubeb and angelica) along with four distinctive additions - lime leaves, sage, basil and lavender. To produce the gin, the distillers firstly distil the four traditional botanicals alongside the lime leaves, then pile the sage, basil and lavender into a muslin cloth bag and allow it to infuse into the liquid during a second distillation. The bottle has also received a very handsome redesign to go along with the new recipe. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Lingering finish.
