Size: 700ML Proof: 80 (40% ABV) Origin: Spain Distillery: Blanc A Spanish gin created for lifestyle brand, Blanc, built around a selection of botanicals that includes salicornia - or samphire. Other botanicals include juniper, angelica, cinnamon, orange, lemon, lime, bergamot, corainder, gentian and lemon verbena. Interesting to note that the gin is made in a ban-marie still, which takes a while but evidently results in the desired flavour profile for the distillers. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
