With a base of , the typical citrus and spicy notes from the spirit are balanced well by the tartness imparted from the rhubarb and cranberry. Garnish this one with fresh strawberries to keep with the colour scheme and add a touch of sweetness. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Clean, crisp and smooth.
