It was named after founder Eddie Brooks� grandmother Shirely, AKA, �Shirl the Pearl�, who made a mean bootleg version of this recipe. It�s made by steeping locally grown cumquats in Brookie�s Dry Gin for several months. Try it with tonic or mix with lemon, honey and hot water for an exotic hot toddy. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
