The peaty notes of the Island whiskies blends deliciously with the sweet dried fruit notes from the sherry casks, making for a satisfying expression. The name Caisteal Chamuis comes from a castle that you'll find up on the Isle of Skye, which is a neat connection. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Rich and smooth.
