Tarty and tangy gin from Chase, made by blending the distillery's excellent GB dry gin with Bramley-apple juice and freshly-pressed Rhubarb from its own farm. Size: 700ML Proof: 80 (40% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Chase Distillery An excellent expression from the folks at Chase, taking great whacks of inspiration from autumnal flavours. You've got your rhubarb. You've got your Bramley apple. You've got tasty gin earthy notes to balance them all out. Basically this couldn't taste more like autumn unless you served it from a woolly hat filled with roast potatoes (not advisable). Wonderful stuff. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
