Traditional botanicals are macerated alongside homemade lemon curd and toasted almonds. When the mixture is distilled, the vapour is cleverly extracted though homemade sweet shortcrust pastry and meringue to recreate the missing flavours of a lemon meringue pie! Nifty and delicious stuff. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste. Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
