Size: 700ML Proof: 84 (42% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Cornish Rock A cobalt blue bottle of gin from Cornish Rock, Blue Angel Gin is certainly a showstopper. It was name after the founders' dog Blue, as the name came to them while walking him at Rock Beach. Don't worry, the striking blue colour is completely natural and comes from Spanish blue gardenia flowers, which are combined with juniper berries, lemon and orange peel, pink pepper and grains of paradise. It's bottled at 42% ABV, and is great simply paired with tonic water and a generous handful of blueberries for a garnish. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
