Size: 700ML Proof: 84 (42% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Worship Street Whistling Shop Should you saunter into the Worship Street Whistling Shop, one of London's top cocktail bars, chances are that you might end up ordering the bar's signature cocktail, Black Cat's Martini. The core ingredient of this marvellous tipple is Cream Gin, which they teamed up with us to produce! Cream Gin was a popular treat back in the Victorian Era Gin Palaces, but they were probably made by mixing cream and sugar then leaving it to infuse in the gin. To update this classic idea, this Cream Gin has been cold-distilled using fresh cream as a botanical (the equivalent of 100ml Cream per bottle!), to capture the fresh flavour of the cream in a perfectly clear spirit. You won't find any 'burnt' or 'off' flavours, since the cream is never heated during distillation, and it has the same shelf-life as any other distilled spirit. Use this to add intriguing twists to classic cocktails and you could be like the cat that's got the cream (gin). Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: Creamy and thick with lactic richness. The combination of a visually transparent liquid with the texture of a rich dairy product produces a fusion of sight and touch that boggles the mind but delights the palate. Finish: Rich and smooth.
