This wonderful 16 year old single malt was finished in a Pedro Xim�nez sherry puncheon, before being independently bottled by Alistair Walker as part of the Infrequent Flyers series. There was an outturn of 605 bottles from this cask. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue. Finish: Rich and smooth.
