A dry gin infused with strawberry. This is not a sweet gin, so no sugar, just subtle hints of strawberry that are heightened with the addition of aromatic tonic and a slice grapefruit. Size: 700ML Proof: 80 (40% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Da Mhile A blushing Welsh pink gin from Da Mhile (the very same folks behind that awesome Seaweed Gin). The organic spirit has been infused with strawberries, imparting both a brilliant colour and flavour profile. It goes very well with an aromatic tonic, and as for the garnish, well... You know what to do. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Rich and smooth.
