Size: 700ML Proof: 106 (53% ABV) Origin: Scotland Distillery: Dailuaine A delightful indie bottling of Dailuaine, brought to us by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. as part of The Cooper's Choice range. Distilled in April 2010, the single malt was left to rest in American oak barrels, then finished in a Banyuls dessert wine barrique, with a total of 11 years maturation. In 2021 the whisky was bottled, with a total outturn of 306 bottles drawn from this cask. Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
