This expression features a combination of garden-grown lemon balm and foraged sorrel, alongside a few other choice botanicals, to give it a distinctly citrusy flavour profile! Inventive and delectable, and more than comfortable served in a G&T or a Gin Martini. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Lingering finish.
