The botanicals are macerated separately and distilled together, allowing for a finely-tuned flavour profile. This expression sits more on the citrusy side of things, with orange and lemon peels featuring in the botanicals selection, alongside spicy hints of coriander, cardamom, black pepper, lemongrass, and juniper. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Long, delicate and complex.
