Slightly sweeter than your standard gins, this makes for an excellent cocktail ingredient. In fact, we're fairly sure that you could come up with some variation on a Tom Collins using this and call it a Dodd Collins and no one would raise an eyebrow. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
