Description:
Created initially as the base gin for our Ready to Drink range, Ellis No.4 combines a traditional London Dry gin with the subtle taste of Strawberries. Size: 500ML Proof: 80 (40% ABV) Origin: Scotland Distillery: Ellis Gin Each batch of Ellis Gin is handcrafted in small batches in Glasgow, each with a different set of botanicals. Edition No. 3 was created with butterfly pea and No. 2 was made by macerating Scottish brambles with gin, for example.
Ellis Gin No.4 is a shimmering pink gin that combines traditional botanicals including juniper, citrus peel, coriander, angelica and orris root with strawberry syrup to add colour and create a sweet profile. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Rich and smooth.
