This tasty tipple features a selection of botanicals including juniper, pink peppercorn, cassia, heather, rosehip, milk thistle and silver birch sap, among others. To get the silver birch sap, which adds a subtle touch of sweetness to the gin, they tap trees in the Kincardine Estate. Sap - just another thing trees give us that we love (fruit, wood, air, etc.). Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
