This excellent gin comes from Estía. Size: 700ML Proof: 80 (40% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Estía Estía No.7 Botanical Gin features a very intriguing botanical at its core - olive brine! Created as a way to avoid wasting leftover olive brine, this gin also features apple juice, citrus and some more traditional gin botanicals, all combined with British wheat grain spirit. It's not an all-out olive bonanza, but there is a subtle, delicate, fascinating salinity to this gin, juxtaposed with sweetness from the fruit and soft, earthy spices. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
