Powerfully fragrant though incredibly well balanced. Size: 700ML Proof: 90 (45% ABV) Origin: Spain Distillery: Gin Eva The Gin Eva team in Mallorca worked with Michelin-starred chef Ingo Holland to create this expression, only using green botanicals. A very intriguing idea, Green Spice features green juniper, green orange, green pepper, fig leaves, orange leaves, Californian bay leaves, sencha tea and wakame tokusen (a type of seaweed). Powerfully fragrant though incredibly well balanced. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Rich and smooth.
