GIN EVA "LA MALLORQUINA" is the perfect Martini Gin, distilled from La Mallorquina Olives from Valldemossa, Mallorca. Size: 700ML Proof: 90 (45% ABV) Origin: Spain Distillery: Gin Eva This variation of Gin Eva from Mallorca features a rather special ingredient - olive. Specifically La Mallorquina olives, which are only found on the island. Pomace from this olive is steeped in alcohol for a few weeks, then distilled and blended with a juniper distillate and a touch of coriander. The dream gin for a Martini? perhaps, perhaps... Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste. Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
