The gin begins with Fair's vodka, that they macerate juniper berries from Uzbekistan and spices from the Kerala in India for a week before it is distilled. Size: 500ML Proof: 84 (42% ABV) Origin: France Distillery: FAIR. The FAIR. folks continue making brilliant spirits with Fair Trade ingredients, and we keep loving each one of them! This is the FAIR. Juniper Gin Old Tom, made using their original FAIR. Juniper Gin recipe, with the addition of Fair Trade sugar syrup from Malawi, then aged for three months in casks that previously held rum. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: Rich and smooth.
