Not only are the distillers concerned with making tasty gin, they're also dedicated to supporting local environmental charities. Wonderful stuff! Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
