The Spring gin is a fresh mix of young green shoots, wild botanical leaves and flowers. Size: 500ML Proof: 82 (41% ABV) Origin: Ireland Distillery: Glendalough It's the Spring edition of Glendalough's seasonally focussed gin! With a difference expression for each of the four seasons, using different foraged botanicals to evoke the personality of said season. As such, the Spring Botanical Gin is light, refreshing and just perfect on a warm evening served over ice or with tonic. It's made with foraged gorse flower, sweet woodruff, wood sorrel, beech leaves, blackberry leaves, blackcurrant leave, dandelion flower, sweet cicely, cleavers, watermint, birch sap and Scots pine as well as juniper, coriander seeds, angelica Root, orris root, orange, lemon, liquorice root and Ceylon cinnamon. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Lingering finish.
