Coastal and marine botanicals such as Atlantic dulse, kombu kelp, and sea fennel from Britain's shores are combined with the likes of Columbian lulo, Sakura from Japan, tonka, and balsam fir � all upon a classic bed of familiar botanicals such as the trusty juniper berry, coriander, and bitter orange. The result is a fabulous journey of discovery combining all the hallmarks of a good London Dry with an intriguing tropical edge. Set your clocks to GMT and serve up a fab G&T with this one. Nose: Crisp juniper and piney notes of menthol and balsam combine with a zesty array of orange peels, lemon zest, and lime. Palate: Wafts of sea breeze and background tropical sweetness sit subtly amongst pink pepper spice, crushed almonds, and herbaceous seaweed. Finish: Finish is lingering.
