Palate: On the palate it is very elegant, rich and full-bodied. Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish. The Gower Gin Company is an award-winning Welsh gin distillery owned and run by Si�n and Andrew Brooks. The former lecturer and management consultant turned a passion for foraging and creating new recipes into a brand that takes sustainability seriously. All packaging is recycled, all botanicals are foraged using the Foraging Code, the base grain spirit is Soil Association organic, the rum is Fair Trade and organic, and the brand has also branched out into eco pouches.
