Using a combo of only five botanicals - namely juniper, angelica, coriander, orange peel and orris - this expression shows off a bright, zesty flavour profile with enough spice to balance it out. All sorts of cocktails are viable with this one, though it really does stand out in a Martini. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
