A very small operation, Home Farm operates just the one copper still - affectionately named Matilda. The gin is produced with 9 botanicals, and water sourced directly beneath the farm itself, before the final step of being bottled by hand. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste. Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
