The OTG expression is an Old Tom Gin (hence the initials, and in turn, hence the name) featuring the likes of cinnamon and orange among its botanicals, and sweetened with honey. Lip-smacking stuff, great for cocktails, or even simply served with ginger ale and a wedge of lime. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Rich and smooth.
