Size: 700ML Proof: 84 (42% ABV) Origin: Japan Distillery: Miyagi Craft Gin Japanese Craft Gin is a distillery MCG (Miyagi Craft Gin) founded by Shizawa brewing shop famous for "Akrau" and "Shingotsu" in Miyagi Prefecture. Juniper berry and coriander seeds are essential for gin and are made overseas, but all other ingredients (yuzu, grape, tea leaves, seri) are made from Miyagi Prefecture. Each ingredient is dipped in a suitable period and distilled at a temperature that matches the ingredients for an exquisite blend. Hundreds of tests have been repeatedly tested until the ratio of this ingredient. The refreshing yuzu flavor and spicy juniper berry scent, and the muted taste of tea leaves and celi is a new authentic Japanese gin flavor. Break it with tonic or soda and enjoy! Nose: Rich aromas of yuzu spread across one�s palate before the strong flavors of juniper berry arrive in tandem and in balance with the clean flavor of seri. Palate: The coriander seed and grape skins provide the bass note, enveloping and bringing together the brighter flavors before the green tea leaves add a dash of bitterness to bring the whole symphony to a tight finish.
