Based on the award-winning Kimerud Gin, this Hillside Aged Gin is a handcrafted, small-batch Double Cask Gin with 42% alcohol by volume. Size: 700ML Proof: 84 (42% ABV) Origin: Norway Distillery: Kimerud Cask-aged Norwegian gin here from the Kimerud selection, rested in Sherry casks and French oak casks. The sweetness from these maturation vessels helps to balance the robustly herbaceous flavour profile of the base gin. Ought to pair well with ginger ale, we reckon. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste. Finish: Rich and smooth.
