Palate: Orange oil, light hints of spicy coriander and peppery juniper giving balance. Finish: The finish is quite unique, rich and long lasting. Tucked away in the city of Liverpool is Liverpool Gin Distillery, founded in 2013 by Mark Hensby, the managing director of Liverpool Organic Brewery, and John O�Dowd, the Head Distiller. The distillery uses only organic botanicals to make its gin. It used to be located within the brewery, however a new four floor �1 million site opened in the city on Castle Street in November 2018 featuring a gin lab, bartender school, two bars and a new distillery, where people can distill their own bottle of Liverpool Gin.
