The folks producing Lubuski over in Poland decided to whack some of their gin into a casks to create this Aged Gin expression. Size: 500ML Proof: 84 (42% ABV) Origin: Poland Distillery: Lubuski The folks producing Lubuski over in Poland decided to whack some of their gin into a casks to create this Aged Gin expression! The gin rested in a combination of oak and chestnut casks before bottling at 42% ABV, with the casks adding some sweeter caramel notes to the juniper-forward spirit. Certainly a contender for a Gin Old Fashioned, or should make an interesting twist on a Negroni. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste. Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
