Here we have an indulgent and fruity gin which includes black cherries to bring a wonderfully rich, ever so slightly sour depth of flavour, countered by sweet gentle vanilla throughout. With a beautiful red/purple hue, this will sit delightfully in a good tonic, garnished with a sprig of something green from the herb garden. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
