A collaboration between Honey Spirits Co. and Derbyshire Meadery, it's a bright and refreshing expression that we reckon should do quite well in a Negroni. So very tall... Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
