They use orange peel, vanilla pods, bay, nutmeg, coriander seed and Demerara sugar as well as a core of juniper and orris root. Nose: Robust, spicy, herbal and slightly sweetened. Palate: The palate is very powerful and complex. Finish: Quite delicate and long finish.
