Murphy�s Gin comes from fairly modest beginnings. Initially the personal passion of one brother with a background in chemistry, a wife who loves gin and a tiny 2 litre copper still. Size: 500ML Proof: 84 (42% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Murphy's Gin Here we have the Original expression of Murphy�s Gin over in Liverpool. This London dry gin is produced at the family run distillery, and the spirit is distilled in batches of only 50 bottles. This juniper forward gin works very well in a G&T, garnished with pink grapefruit and peppercorns, paired with a Mediterranean tonic, though it is also robust enough to hold its own in a Martini. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
