So, the Hinch Distillery decided to name a gin after it with its Ninth Wave Gin! With nine botanicals, including lemon verbena, cardamom and orange peel, the gin is a tasty balance of aromatic spice and citrus, presented in a suitable wavy bottle. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
