The taste is distinctively different from other gins, but equally smooth and refined.Old Dominick Gin is an award-winning, handcrafted gin that was created in 1857. Distilled in a 200-year-old copper pot still, this gin is made with a selection of the finest botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, lemon peel, and orris root. It is aged in barrels for 12 months to achieve a richer, deeper flavor. The taste is distinctively different from other gins, but equally smooth and refined. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
