Bottled at 46% ABV (as opposed to the 55% ABV the other ranks at), it is a far more delicate drink - without compromising its flavour. All the botanical are still there (coriander, cubeb, cumin, pink peppercorn, smoked paprika, juniper, orange, almond and rowanberry) - we're particularly fond of the fabulous twist of smoked paprika. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste. Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
