These are single-botanical gins, which each of the expressions being made with juniper from a different location - for instance, this one has been produced using juniper from Majdanpek, Serbia.
Every bottle of Origin comes with a 10ml vial of cold-distilled mixture of botanicals, which can be added to the bottle to transform the spirit into a more traditional, more rounded gin (if you wish to do so). Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
