Size: 700ML Proof: 86 (43% ABV) Origin: France Distillery: Osmoz The Vallet family has been involved in grape growing for six generations in the Cognac region, it's unsurprising that when they decided to create a gin, they created their base spirit using grapes. They selected aromas familiar to Cognac to build out the recipe, including apricot, apple, lime, almond, clove and liquorice. Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste. Finish: Finish is lingering.
