Distilled in a copper still, Cotton Gin is a union of flavour, representing a shared love of local botanicals and provenance as well as a true love for gin in general. Size: 700ML Proof: 84 (42% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Otterbeck Otterbeck Distillery and Annabel�s Deliciously British Strawberries teamed up to create this Special Edition Cotton Gin, which blends botanicals from the Yorkshire Dales including watercress, English coriander and hand foraged spruce along with strawberries and pink peppercorns. The result? A sweet and savoury blush gin that has a beguiling balance of juniper, pine, sweetness and spice. Nose: Lightly peppered with a sweet and floral herbaceous scent. Palate: Well-developed rose, spice and citrus with small hits of sweetness. Finish: Lemongrass and vanilla with a baked crumble lift near the finale.
