It's distilled under vacuum - the distillate boils at -5 degrees Celsius, and re-condenses at -100 Celsius! That sounds like it shouldn't work, but the proof is in the pudding (or gin, in this case). This scientific wizardry captures some subtle, delicate flavours from the botanicals that might be lost when distilling in the usual way (y'know, with heat and all that). Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Rich and smooth.
